Insurance Information

If you plan to use your insurance to pay for your visit, please remember to bring your insurance card along with you.

Your deductible or co-pay amount is typically determined by your insurance provider. When you visit, our staff will assist you in determining the amount that you will be responsible for. Any payments not covered by insurance are due at the time of service.

No Insurance? No Problem
If you do not have health care insurance coverage, or your insurance provider is not among those accepted at Express Urgent Care, don't worry. With our affordable rates, the self pay option allows you to pay as you go for the services you need.

For a Medical Emergency

Please go to the emergency room or call 911 if you have any life-threatening conditions such as:

  • Chest pain, Heart attack
  • Stroke symptoms such as slurred speech, one-sided weakness or numbness
  • Head injury or other major trauma
  • Open fractures
  • Severe bleeding
  • Loss of consciousness
  • Any other emergency where immediate medical attention is needed
